Richard Carrano, President & CEO

Mr. Carrano joined Purchasing Power in August of 2001. Mr. Carrano has finance and accounting experience with both entrepreneurial technology and Fortune 500 firms. Prior to joining Purchasing Power, he served as the CFO of eTour, Inc., an internet navigation Company that enabled users to effortlessly explore and discover the web. As a founder of eTour, his efforts led to securing $55 million in equity and debt. eTour was acquired by AskJeeves (now InterActive Corp. (NASDAQ: IACI)) in 2000. Additionally, Mr. Carrano received strategic planning, cash management, SEC reporting, and systems implementation experience at SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline, (NYSE: GSK)) and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Carrano was the recipient of the Atlanta Business Chronicle's CFO of the Year award for private, midsized businesses in 2008. Mr. Carrano holds an MBA in finance from Emory University and a BS/BA (cum laude) in accounting from the University of Richmond. He is also a certified public accountant.

Mr. Wheeler joined Purchasing Power in September 2010 as the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wheeler's expertise spans sales, operations, product marketing and technology. He has an entrepreneurial orientation with a great balance between strategic vision and operational efficiency integral to Purchasing Power's rapid growth. Mr. Wheeler has also developed significant product development and go-to-market skills over his career. Before joining Purchasing Power, he served as Vice President and General Manager of LexisNexis's (NYSE: ENL) Insurance Marketing Solutions. Prior to his work at LexisNexis (formerly ChoicePoint), Mr. Wheeler was Vice President of Operations and Technology at Equifax (NYSE: EFX) Credit Marketing Services where he developed a keen insight into the consumer credit and technology industry. He began his career in public accounting and consulting, working for Coopers and Lybrand, and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Wheeler holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a BS in math and computer science from the University of Wisconsin.

Ms. Halkos joined Purchasing Power in 2006 and is responsible for driving revenue growth for the organization including sales, account management, marketing and product management. Ms. Halkos has over 15 years of experience in client relationship development, brand management, marketing and product strategy. Prior to joining Purchasing Power, she was with Inforte Consulting where she helped to build their marketing practice, lead business development efforts, and served as the Account Executive for CPG brands including Ocean Spray and the Miller Brewing Company (now SAB Miller (LSE: SAB)) with strategic efforts focused on revenue optimization in the grocery store channel. Additionally, Ms. Halkos received brand management, sales and strategic planning experience while at monster.com (NYSE: MWW) and EarthLink (NASDAQ: ELNK). Ms. Halkos serves as the Vice President for the Alumni Board for Emory's Goizueta Business School and is a board member for Literacy Volunteers of Atlanta. Ms. Halkos holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing analytics from Emory University and a BA from the University of Virginia.
