What is Refer & Earn?
Purchasing Power¿s Refer & Earn program is a reward program for those who refer new customers to Purchasing Power.

How does the Refer & Earn program work?
For each new customer you refer, you will earn a $25 Best Buy gift card. They will need to enter your Referral ID Number at the time of checkout and you will receive your gift card within 6 to 8 weeks after their order is shipped.

How do I register for the Refer & Earn Program?
For a Referral ID Number, log in, go to My Account and click on Refer & Earn. You will be prompted to enter or confirm your address and agree to the Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions, and a Referral ID Number will be generated for you.

How do I use my Referral ID Number?
All you will need to do is give your Referral ID Number to your colleagues. When your colleague places his or her first order, they will need to enter your Referral ID Number in the checkout process. If your colleague is placing an order over the phone, then a customer service representative will ask "Do you have a referral code?" This is when they must give your Referral ID Number.

Where do I enter my colleagues Referral ID Number on the website?
When your colleague places his or her first order, they will need to enter your Referral ID Number in the first step of the checkout process in the Referral ID field under the Personal Information section.

If you are trying to reorder because your first order canceled, you will not see the Referral ID field, please email us at referandearn@purchasingpower.com and we will make sure that your order is documented for your colleague¿s reward.

When should I expect to receive my gift card?
You should expect your $25 Best Buy gift card with 6 to 8 weeks after the person you referred order has shipped.

Where can I find my Referral ID Number?
You can find your Referral ID Number by logging in online, go to My Account and click on Refer & Earn. Your Referral ID Number will be located there.

I referred a colleague, but never received my reward?
Referral ID Number must be used during the time of purchase, and your reward will be automatically processed. Please call or email us at referandearn@purchasingpower.com with questions about specific referrals.

To change your contact information, log in and go to My Account and click on View Profile under My Profile and Settings.

What are the terms and conditions for the Refer & Earn program?

• Purchasing Power's Refer & Earn program is a reward program for those who refer new customers to Purchasing Power.
• You should expect your $25 Best Buy gift card within 6 to 8 weeks after the person you referred has placed an order, and it has shipped.
• You may not use your own orders to obtain rewards through the Refer & Earn program.
• Cancelled orders are not eligible for rewards.
• New Purchasing Power customers placing an order must present the Referral ID Number to enable for the referrer to receive credit. If your colleague places an order online, then he or she will enter the Referral ID Number on the Checkout page. If your colleague is placing an order over the phone, then a customer service representative will ask "Do you have a referral code?" This is when they must give your Referral ID Number.
• Referral ID Number must be given during the time of purchase. Purchasing Power will not give credit to referrers who supply a Referral ID Number after the order has been placed.
• Referral credits are redeemable 30 days after the referred new customer places an order with Purchasing Power. Redeemed credit is based off the referred customer's order being shipped.
• No more than 50 referrals are allowed during a 12 month period.
• In order to receive an additional $100 gift card, you must refer 10 new customers during an eight week time frame. Each referred customer must place an order during the same eight-week period.
• Purchasing Power is not responsible for any gifts cards stolen.
• Other restrictions may apply.
